Since the windows update of June 9th,2015  I am having a stuttering mouse, blinking screen. Would appreciate some help to resolve this.

Have you checked the update history for any failed updates?

If there is any failed updates, we could try to install them manually to have a check.

According to symptom,we could try to update the mouse driver and the display adapter driver from the device manager or reinstall them to have a check.

Considering this issue occurred recently, we also could perform a system restore to recover the machine to a previous normal point and install the updates again to have a check. If the issue persists, we could try to install the updates one by one manually to capture the culprit.
